Being a part of this program has been an indestructible experience. It is awesome to see the impact Otto makes on people. As I was having some of the most fun in my life, sometimes literally jumping out of bed to start my day, I was learning a lot from the interactions I would have with people and the seemingly random tasks for the team. I was constantly using a wide array of skills that soon seemed too many to learn. Through this struggle, I found some common trends that helped me be successful in a fast-changing, diverse, and challenging environment.
